AI adoption is accelerating across Asia Pacific. But is youth work readiness keeping pace?

Workforce Blueprint for AI, jointly authored by JA Asia Pacific, the JA Institute, and Ecosystm, examines how work may evolve through 2035 and offers a roadmap for preparing people, organizations, and education systems for an AI-enabled future.

Developed under the guidance of the JA Asia Pacific AI Council, the report introduces a “three horizons” framework that traces the evolution of work from AI-assisted productivity and role redesign to AI-orchestrated operations and interconnected human-AI ecosystems.

The report finds that workforce readiness requires more than proficiency with specific AI tools. As technologies, industries, and jobs continue to evolve, durable skills such as critical thinking, creativity, judgment, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving will become even more important.
