Shahd Haswa is dedicated to the mission of empowering future leaders and driving social and economic impact across MENA. At INJAZ Al-Arab, she specializes in optimizing organizational performance, strategic planning, and innovative program execution. Her focus includes enhancing operational efficiency and building resilient organizations while supporting regional teams in achieving ambitious goals through large-scale initiatives in agile, cross-functional environments.

With over eight years devoted to the INJAZ/JA mission, Shahd has actively engaged in and contributed to various functions, including regional operations, marketing communications, and digital transformation. She holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship Management and Innovation from the University of Bath and a B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Elon University.
